With Minecraft you can build constructions out of textured cubes in a 3D procedurally generated world. Other activities in the game include exploration, gathering resources, crafting, and combat. The game offers four special modes: Survival mode, where you are trying to keep your health and no do die from hunger; Creative mode, which allows an unlimited supply of resources and experience, the ability to fly, and no health or hunger; Hardcore mode, which is set to the most difficult setting and respawning is disabled, forcing you to delete your worlds upon death; and Spectator mode, where you don’t interact with blocks, but you are able to view all what you want. In some versions game modes are not active. Gameplay by default is first person, but you have the option to play in third person mode as well.   The core gameplay revolves around breaking and placing blocks. The game world is essentially composed of rough 3D objects, mainly cubes that are arranged in a fixed grid pattern and represent different materials.
